  • Clarify the goal of the Mapping Project
    • Who is it for? Clarify the region - Madison proper? Dane County? Wisconsin at large? What’s it’s intended use?
  • Clarify the output of the Mapping Project
    • What do we hope it will look like at the end of this?
  • Clarify “what in/what’s out” for the map - how will we make a distinction between what goes on here?
  • Clarify what our timeline for a first “re-launch” of this map might be?
• PHASE 2: RESEARCHING (What we’ll do) & DELEGATING (Who will do it)
  • Audit current locations
    • Who will do this? How can we do this during our every other meetings? how can we do this asynchronously?
      • Do we need any specific tools? Do we need a specific guide?
